PickMate Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to PickMate.

This website is operated by MUHAMMED HAMZA AYAZ, a sole proprietorship based at Sev Apartment, Büyükesat Neighborhood, Gaziosmanpaşa, Koza Street D: 153/8, 06640 Çankaya/Ankara. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Registrations and Reservations

You can register for dinner events through PickMate. Reservations for the following Friday open every Thursday and close at 11:59 PM on Wednesday. Registrations are only accepted through www.pickmateapp.com. No registrations are accepted via email or phone.

3. Dinner Events

Dinners take place every Friday at 8:00 PM and last approximately two hours. The exact restaurant address will be provided on the event day.

We select restaurants where the average meal price ranges between 250 TL - 1200 TL (excluding drinks). Each participant is responsible for their own bill. To ensure a smooth experience, PickMate reserves the right to make last-minute adjustments to the groups a few hours before the dinner.

PickMate is not responsible for any costs incurred at the restaurant or the total bill amount.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday before the scheduled dinner.

For example, for a dinner scheduled on Friday, December 15, a refund can be requested if an email is sent to info@pickmate.app by Wednesday, December 13, 11:59 PM.

5. Other Terms

By accessing this website, you acknowledge that PickMate is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site, the information on the site, or any associated services.

PickMate reserves the right to modify, reorganize, or discontinue any service, product, or information on this site without prior notice.

By using or accessing the site, you agree to these changes.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

PickMate assumes no responsibility for:

• Delays, errors, or omissions in processing.
• Communication failures or data losses.
• Unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Content of linked external websites.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the general design, images, logo, technical data, and software of the PickMate website belong to PickMate and are legally protected.

No content on this website may be copied, modified, reproduced, translated, republished, or used on another website without prior authorization.

PickMate End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and MUHAMMED HAMZA AYAZ, the operator of PickMate, governing your use of PickMate’s software and services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PickMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PickMate platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software to third parties.
• Use the software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures implemented by PickMate.

4. Ownership

PickMate retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Termination

PickMate reserves the right to terminate this license and your access to the software at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

6. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PickMate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickMate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.

8. Updates and Modifications

PickMate reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the software or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Konya, Turkey.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PickMate regarding the use of the software, superseding any prior agreements.
